What You'll Do

  • High-volume outbound calling and email outreach

  • Book qualified meetings with US VP/C-level decision makers

  • Objection handling and tight follow-up across sequences

  • Maintain clean CRM activity, notes, stages, next steps

  • Collaborate with Growth/Revenue/Ops to improve messaging and targeting

Must-Have Requirements

  • Native-sounding English accent for daily calls with US executives

  • 2–3+ years outbound SDR/BDR experience (high-volume)

  • Proven quota attainment (recent, measurable)

  • Experience selling into the US market

  • Strong writing (professional follow-up emails)

  • Can attend monthly in-person trainings in Medellín

Preferred Experience

  • B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Experience prospecting traditional industries
  • CRM + outbound tools experience (HubSpot/Salesforce, sequencing tools, data tools)

This role follows US East Coast business hours (EST/EDT) to align with our target market. You'll need to be active when US executives are at their desks.

What are the remote setup requirements?

A quiet workspace, high-speed stable internet (min 50Mbps), and a high-quality noise-canceling headset. We provide the necessary software and platforms.

Tell me more about the monthly training.

Once a month, the team gathers in person in Medellín for intensive coaching, script reviews, and strategy sessions. This is a mandatory and paid part of your development.

What does 'native-sounding accent' mean?

You'll be speaking with US C-suite executives daily. Your English must be exceptionally clear, with a neutral or US-standard accent that builds immediate professional trust.

What is the hiring timeline?
