About the Role

A growth-stage B2B software client is consolidating sales, marketing, and customer-success operations under one function. You will own the systems, data, and process that let the go-to-market org forecast accurately and scale predictably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM tech stack, from CRM architecture to attribution reporting
  • Build forecasting models and pipeline analytics for the executive team
  • Design territory, quota, and compensation frameworks with sales leadership
  • Standardize lead-to-cash processes across marketing, sales, and CS
  • Lead a small team of revenue operations analysts

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in revenue, sales, or business operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tooling
  • Proven ability to build forecasting and pipeline models leadership trusts
  • Experience designing quota and territory plans at scale
  • Strong analytical skills paired with cross-functional influence
