Own end-to-end product design for major features, from research to ship
Contribute to and extend a growing cross-platform design system
Run lightweight user research and translate findings into design decisions
Partner closely with engineering to protect quality through implementation
Raise the craft bar across a small, senior design team
Requirements & Qualifications
6+ years designing digital products, ideally developer or technical tools
A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual craft
Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale
Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
Comfort operating autonomously in a remote-first team
