FP&A Manager

About the Role

A PE-backed client preparing for its next stage of growth needs an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and board-level reporting. You will be the analytical partner to the CFO and department leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• •Own the annual budget and rolling forecast across all departments
• •Build board and investor reporting packages with clear narrative
• •Partner with department heads on headcount and spend planning
• •Develop and maintain the company's three-statement financial model
• •Analyze unit economics and surface actionable insights to leadership

Qualifications

• •5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
• •Advanced financial modeling and three-statement expertise
• •Experience supporting a PE- or VC-backed company preferred
• •Strong command of Excel and modern planning tools
• •Ability to translate financial data into executive-ready narrative
