Own the annual budget and rolling forecast across all departments
Build board and investor reporting packages with clear narrative
Partner with department heads on headcount and spend planning
Develop and maintain the company's three-statement financial model
Analyze unit economics and surface actionable insights to leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
Advanced financial modeling and three-statement expertise
Experience supporting a PE- or VC-backed company preferred
Strong command of Excel and modern planning tools
Ability to translate financial data into executive-ready narrative

$130,000 - $160,000 USD Annually
