We are hiring an HR Generalist in Colombia to support a US-based law firm. This role owns core HR operations and supports hiring, primarily in Colombia, with occasional US hiring support.

Support day-to-day HR operations (employee lifecycle administration, documentation, policy support)
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain HR files and basic reporting
Support recruitment: sourcing, screening coordination, scheduling, pipeline tracking
Hire primarily Colombian candidates; may support US candidate hiring as needed
Partner with leadership on HR needs and process improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
HR generalist experience (operations + hiring support)
Strong organization, follow-through, and confidentiality
Clear written communication and professional judgment
Experience using HR systems, ATS/CRM, and productivity tools
English proficiency sufficient to work with a US firm
Compensation
Up to 13,000,000 COP/month
