Own full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → outreach → screen → coordinate → offer support.
Build outbound pipelines weekly for Tech + GTM roles.
Run structured processes: scorecards, stages, follow-ups, closing.
Track and report weekly metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill).
Improve systems: ATS hygiene, templates, SOPs, automation, tooling.

3+ years recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Demonstrated Tech + GTM hiring in startups
Strong English (spoken + written) for US stakeholders
AI/tech savvy: uses AI to accelerate sourcing & messaging
Proficiency: LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, spreadsheets
High ownership: can run searches end-to-end
VC-backed startup recruiting experience
Modern stack: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, SeekOut
Automation skills: Zapier, Make, templates, SOPs
Multi-country LATAM sourcing experience
$2k–$4k USD /mo
Base pay + commission on every hire. Monthly cadence.
