About the Role
A US vertical-SaaS client is building its first LATAM-based enterprise sales pod to cover North American mid-market accounts on US Eastern hours. You will run full-cycle deals from prospecting through close and help shape the playbook for the hub's next hires.
Key Responsibilities
- •Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts across the US
- •Build and manage a pipeline of six-figure ACV opportunities
- •Run discovery, technical evaluations, and multi-stakeholder negotiations
- •Partner with sales engineering and marketing on account-based campaigns
- •Document a repeatable motion for the founding LATAM sales cohort
Qualifications
- •5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, including closing enterprise deals
- •Consistent record of exceeding a $1M+ annual quota
- •Fully bilingual English/Spanish at professional working level
- •Experience selling into US buyers on US Eastern working hours
- •Comfort operating as an early member of a new regional team
