Provide primary and preventative care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
Conduct physical examinations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
Requirements & Qualifications
Current license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of New York
Board certification as an FNP, ANP, or GNP
Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities is highly preferred
Compensation
