We are hiring a US-market Recruiter to run full-cycle searches for US-based roles. This is a performance role for someone who moves fast, owns outcomes, and consistently delivers qualified candidates and clean client communication.

Own roles from intake through offer acceptance
Proactively source and build pipelines
Run structured screens and produce clear evaluation notes
Submit shortlists with proof-of-fit and risk flags
Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and drive close
Provide predictable client updates and pipeline reporting
Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and activity tracking
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven recruiting production and quota overachievement
Strong earning motivation and comfort with performance expectations
Willingness to work beyond 40 hours when needed
Tech fluency: ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, AI tools
Strong stakeholder communication and candidate management
