About the Role
We are hiring a US-market Recruiter to run full-cycle searches for US-based roles. This is a performance role for someone who moves fast, owns outcomes, and consistently delivers qualified candidates and clean client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- •Own roles from intake through offer acceptance
- •Proactively source and build pipelines
- •Run structured screens and produce clear evaluation notes
- •Submit shortlists with proof-of-fit and risk flags
- •Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and drive close
- •Provide predictable client updates and pipeline reporting
- •Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and activity tracking
Qualifications
- •Proven recruiting production and quota overachievement
- •Strong earning motivation and comfort with performance expectations
- •Willingness to work beyond 40 hours when needed
- •Tech fluency: ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, AI tools
- •Strong stakeholder communication and candidate management
