Key Responsibilities
- •Outbound sourcing via LinkedIn and targeted channels
- •Outreach execution with disciplined follow-up
- •First-round screens and clean candidate summaries
- •ATS/CRM hygiene and stage management
- •Scheduling coordination and candidate engagement
- •Weekly activity targets and quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- •Proven sourcing and recruiting delivery
- •Comfortable with a performance-driven environment
- •Strong systems discipline and responsiveness
- •Strong tool usage: ATS/CRM, sourcing platforms, AI tools
