Design and implement foundational system capabilities for our AI-driven talent matching

Mentor other engineers and elevate technical standards across the team
Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with heavy expertise in Python and Ruby on Rails
Deep background in distributed systems and scalable architecture
Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications and experience with talent matching or recommendation engines is a plus
Proven record of working effectively in a distributed, remote team
Compensation
