Alivio Search Partners is recruiting a product-minded Software Engineer for a confidential, venture-backed early-stage AI agent platform startup in San Francisco. You will own customer-facing features end to end, from React/TypeScript frontend through APIs and backend to production release. This role is for a hands-on engineer who has shipped polished, customer-facing product surfaces used at scale and wants to grow quickly at a fast-moving startup. The team works on-site in San Francisco five days per week; candidates must live in the Bay Area or be willing to relocate. Compensation includes an annual base of $200,000 to $280,000 plus equity, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship and transfers are available. Full-timeWhat You'll Do
Build polished, customer-facing product features with React and TypeScript.
Own features end to end: design, frontend, APIs/backend, rollout, and production usage.
Work across a modern stack including Postgres, Redis, Pub/Sub, RPC, and workflow orchestration.
Partner closely with founders and customers in a fast-moving early-stage team.
Requirements & Qualifications
About 2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong professional React and TypeScript experience building substantial customer-facing frontends.
Shipped customer-facing production products used at meaningful scale.
End-to-end ownership from frontend through backend/API to production release.
Strong hands-on individual contributor.
Go, WebSockets, or distributed-systems experience is a plus.
Lives in the San Francisco Bay Area or is willing to relocate; on-site five days per week.
Compensation
$200,000 to $280,000 annual base + equity
