About the Role

An enterprise client scaling its engineering organization needs a senior recruiter who can own the full technical hiring funnel. You will partner directly with engineering leaders to fill hard-to-source roles while raising the bar on candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for senior and staff engineering roles
  • Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, calibration, and offer strategy
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for niche technical skills
  • Drive structured interview processes that reduce bias and improve signal
  • Report on funnel metrics and time-to-fill to talent leadership

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of in-house or agency technical recruiting
  • Proven success filling competitive senior engineering roles
  • Fluency with modern ATS and sourcing tooling
  • Strong stakeholder management with technical hiring managers
  • Data-driven approach to funnel optimization
