About the Role
An enterprise client scaling its engineering organization needs a senior recruiter who can own the full technical hiring funnel. You will partner directly with engineering leaders to fill hard-to-source roles while raising the bar on candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- •Manage end-to-end recruiting for senior and staff engineering roles
- •Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, calibration, and offer strategy
- •Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for niche technical skills
- •Drive structured interview processes that reduce bias and improve signal
- •Report on funnel metrics and time-to-fill to talent leadership
Qualifications
- •6+ years of in-house or agency technical recruiting
- •Proven success filling competitive senior engineering roles
- •Fluency with modern ATS and sourcing tooling
- •Strong stakeholder management with technical hiring managers
- •Data-driven approach to funnel optimization
