Key Responsibilities
- •Lead retained executive searches for C-suite and VP-level roles
- •Partner with clients to define search criteria and success profiles
- •Map markets, identify targets, and engage passive executive talent
- •Present calibrated candidate slates and manage interview processes
- •Close executive candidates and support onboarding
Qualifications
- •5+ years of executive recruiting or retained search experience
- •Track record of placing C-level and VP-level executives
- •Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders
- •Experience with both contingent and retained search models
- •Strategic thinker with strong business development skills
