Full-TimeWhat You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → outreach → screen → coordinate → offer support
Build outbound pipelines weekly for Tech + GTM roles
Run structured processes: scorecards, stages, follow-ups, closing
Track and report weekly metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill)
Improve systems: ATS hygiene, templates, SOPs, automation, tooling
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently based in LATAM (Required)
3+ years recruiting experience (agency or in-house), including outbound sourcing
Demonstrated Tech + GTM hiring exposure in startup environments
Strong English (spoken + written) for US-based stakeholders
AI/tech savvy: uses AI tools to accelerate sourcing and messaging
High ownership: can run searches end-to-end without constant direction
Compensation
$2,000 - $4,000 USD Monthly + Commission
