About the Role
Recruit for Tech + GTM roles for US-based, VC-backed startups. High-autonomy role for elite LATAM-based recruiters who are AI-savvy and move fast.
Key Responsibilities
- •Own full-cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → outreach → screen → coordinate → offer support
- •Build outbound pipelines weekly for Tech + GTM roles
- •Run structured processes: scorecards, stages, follow-ups, closing
- •Track and report weekly metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill)
- •Improve systems: ATS hygiene, templates, SOPs, automation, tooling
Qualifications
- •Currently based in LATAM (Required)
- •3+ years recruiting experience (agency or in-house), including outbound sourcing
- •Demonstrated Tech + GTM hiring exposure in startup environments
- •Strong English (spoken + written) for US-based stakeholders
- •AI/tech savvy: uses AI tools to accelerate sourcing and messaging
- •High ownership: can run searches end-to-end without constant direction
