$70,000 - $90,000 USD Base + 100% Bonus (OTE $140,000 - $180,000)

Full-TimeWhat You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including physicians, NPs, PAs, and nurses
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers
Source passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
Guide candidates through the credentialing and onboarding process
Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (agency preferred)
Strong understanding of healthcare credentials, licensing, and compliance
Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based compensation

$70,000 - $90,000 USD Base + 100% Bonus (OTE $140,000 - $180,000)
