Key Responsibilities

• •Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including physicians, NPs, PAs, and nurses
• •Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers
• •Source passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking
• •Guide candidates through the credentialing and onboarding process
• •Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets

Qualifications

• •3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (agency preferred)
• •Strong understanding of healthcare credentials, licensing, and compliance
• •Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals
• •Excellent organizational and time management skills
• •Driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based compensation
