About the Role
Join our growing LATAM recruiting team to source, screen, and place top technical and healthcare talent for U.S.-based clients. This is a high-impact role for ambitious recruiters who want to work with cutting-edge AI tools and build a career in international talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- •Source and engage candidates for technical roles (Engineering, Data Science, Product) and healthcare positions
- •Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate fit for client requirements
- •Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS and maintain accurate records
- •Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- •Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach
Qualifications
- •2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- •Fluent in English (written and spoken) - this is non-negotiable
- •Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, etc.) or healthcare preferred
- •Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools
- •Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
