Full-TimeWhat You'll Do
Source and engage candidates for technical roles (Engineering, Data Science, Product) and healthcare positions
Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate fit for client requirements
Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS and maintain accurate records
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach
Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
Fluent in English (written and spoken) - this is non-negotiable
Experience recruiting for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, etc.) or healthcare preferred
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Compensation
$2,000 - $4,000 USD Monthly
