About the Role
We're looking for a Healthcare Recruiter based in Latin America to help us fill critical healthcare roles across the United States. You'll work closely with our U.S. team to identify, screen, and present top medical professionals to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- •Source healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, allied health, and administrative roles
- •Conduct thorough candidate screens and credential verification
- •Present qualified candidates to U.S.-based account managers and clients
- •Maintain detailed candidate records and pipeline updates
- •Stay current on U.S. healthcare hiring trends and requirements
Qualifications
- •2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or medical staffing
- •Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- •Understanding of U.S. healthcare credentials and licensing is a plus
- •Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
