Source healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, allied health, and administrative roles
Conduct thorough candidate screens and credential verification
Present qualified candidates to U.S.-based account managers and clients
Maintain detailed candidate records and pipeline updates
Stay current on U.S. healthcare hiring trends and requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or medical staffing
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Understanding of U.S. healthcare credentials and licensing is a plus
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Compensation
$2,000 - $4,000 USD Monthly
