About the Role
We're hiring experienced Technical Recruiters who thrive at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market hiring. You'll partner with high-growth startups to fill critical tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data) AND GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). Key Responsibilities
- •Own full-cycle recruiting for both technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers) and GTM roles (Account Executives, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps)
- •Build and manage relationships with tech startup clients from Seed to Series C
- •Source, screen, and present top talent across engineering and revenue functions
- •Negotiate offers and close candidates in competitive talent markets
- •Leverage AI-powered sourcing and outreach tools to accelerate placements
- •Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices
Qualifications
- •3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a staffing agency or in-house at a tech startup
- •Proven track record recruiting BOTH technical roles (engineers, product, data) AND GTM roles (sales, marketing, CS)
- •Experience working with early-stage to growth-stage startups (Seed through Series C)
- •Strong understanding of startup hiring dynamics, equity compensation, and fast-paced environments
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- •Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build something, not just fill seats
